Dr. Naomi Paschall MD, FACOG
Naomi Paschall, MD, is committed to providing women with comprehensive gynecological care supported with state-of-the-art procedures offering the very best for women.
Combining the best of conventional and holistic medicine, she provides collaborative care to meet her patients' individual needs.
A graduate of Meharry Medical College, Dr. Paschall completed her residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, she previously served as an Assistant Professor at Meharry Medical College and as a Clinical Instructor at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Paschall is passionate about empowering women to reach their full potential. She not only strives to provide excellent medical care to each of her patients, but she also tries to help each patient find mental and spiritual balance. She believes a multifaceted approach is the best way to solve problems and address patients’ needs.
It is that belief and passion that inspired her to offer additional services through her practice including gynecological care, weight loss management, hormone therapy, medical aesthetics and family therapy.
Julie Park
MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC
Julie’s passion for the whole woman is what helps her create a truly customized care path. Julie specializes in well woman exams, IUD/nexplanon insertions and removals, hormonal management and weight loss. She has 25 years of nursing experience including critical care obstetrics and primary care for women addressing hormonal imbalances, perimenopause, and menopause symptoms. She’s available in person and through telehealth to better meet the needs of her patients.
She has lived in Nashville for 30 years. She is married with 2 children, 2 cats, and a Viszla. She loves walking around the garden her husband is creating, being outside, laughing, and connecting deeply over conversation.
Emily Hecht
MSN, FNP-BC
Emily is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and has worked in healthcare since 2013. She has worked in aesthetics since 2018 but joined Dr. Paschall’s team in 2020. Emily manages the aesthetic wing of Dr. Paschall's practice. In addition to aesthetics, she provides care to patients seeking hormone optimization and weight loss management. Emily is passionate about listening to her patients, getting to know them, and providing the most authentic care possible. Emily hails from Southeast Missouri but has set down permanent roots in Nashville. She is the fur momma to three rescue animals: two dogs, Walter and Milton, and one cat, Fifi. A homebody at heart, she loves relaxing weekends spent at home, walking her pups and spending time with her friends!
Tiffany Bankett, LMFT
Tiffany is our resident Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with our office since 2018. Since this time, she has established her private practice, A.I.M. For Healing, worked with our Restore Wellness Program, and helped many of our patients. She prides herself as a Nashville native, patient encourager, and educator. Her previous work as a teacher and a director in a non-profit has fueled a love for educating her patients on boundaries, self-care, and how to deal with trauma.

Krista Morton, LE
Krista has been a licensed esthetician since 2011. Before starting with Omega Aesthetics in 2021, Krista was an esthetic instructor at Georgia Career Institute in Murfreesboro where her love and education of esthetics was able to grow even more. She has always had a passion for making people as beautiful on the outside, as they are on the inside. Krista values quality time spent with her clients during treatments. These moments are so special to her as it allows her to build relationships and provide the best results for each individual.
Krista is a native of Nashville but currently resides with her family in Shelbyville. She is a mom of two amazing boys. She loves God, her family and making those around her happy.
Meegan Pearson
Growing up surrounded by the entertainment industry in Nashville TN, Meegen knew she wanted to immerse herself in the beauty industry. She fell in love with the combination of unique personalities and endless creative bounds.
Her career as a makeup artist landed her doing hair and makeup for talent all over the world, but her love for beauty grew into something more. She felt a need to truly change peoples lives, which led to her next great venture: Cosmetic Tattooing.
With a passion for detail, precision, and helping others, Meegen ensures her clients are heard and their needs are met!
